Customer Service Representative

CRYSTAL GLASS is currently recruiting for a full-time position; Customer Service Representative for our Westbank, BC location.

Responsibilities:

• assisting customers with inquiries, booking appointments and taking payments for services provided
• working in a team environment with the manager and installers
• Answering customer inquiries on the phone and in person
• Basic housekeeping duties

Skills and Experience:

• One year of previous Customer Service experience
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer and office equipment use experience
