I had a break-in at work, and was looking for some help on a rainy afternoon Crystal Glass came highly recommended from New West Auto and Glass.
I found everybody helpful and cared a lot about my claim every step of the way. They also helped minimize my interaction with ICBC which is always a bonus.
If you have auto glass to repair, I recommend talking to Heather and Angel and the team at Crystal Glass Burnaby. they will make your car looking good as new again fast

I had a glass panel replaced on my back deck by the Burnaby BC location. Right from the first visit for a quote to the installation everyone was great. The 2 installers today came on time, were very professional and cleaned everything before they left! The panel looks amazing!

Needed a side window repaired and called when the shop opened, they were able to get me in the same day and had me fixed and out in less than an hour. They even vacuumed the broken glass from inside my car in this time. So appreciative of the worry that they saved me!

Had someone vandalize my car by breaking the passenger front window. BCAA recommended Crystal Glass and I am glad they did!!
Jason was able to have a new piece of glass installed the next day, and had it ready in an hour! Not his fault but the glass was faulty and they ordered another replacement! Have been great to deal with have given me updates to keep me in the loop.
